Queen Elizabeth is portrayed wearing the Imperial State Crown, her coronation gown and the Purple Robe of State. Every detail of the Queens coronation outfit has been painstakingly recreated by the master craftsmen at Royal Doulton; from the velvet robe edged with ermine and embroidered around the border in gold that was attached to the shoulders of her dress, to the intricate detailing on the Queens magnificent gown designed by Norman Hartnell, who held the Royal Warrant as Dress Maker to the Queen.
