This jug was modeled on the likeness of Grinder Rowland Swindon, a grinder from Sheffield, England. It was commissioned by John Sinclair of Sheffield and issued in 1988 in a limited edition of 3,500 pieces. One thousand jugs were bought by the World Student Games to help launch the games in Sheffield.
