This Lladro figurine of a “Mother and Child” was designed by Alfredo Ruiz. It depicts an adoring mother looking at her playful baby. The mother is dressed in a grey blouse and long brown skirt with a creamy white border and white apron. The figurine has a glazed finished and bisque bottom. It was issued in 1970, and retired in 1998. Sculpted, painted, and finished by hand in Valencia, Spain.
