Royal Doulton Character Jug, Arriet D6236 (green hat; brown coat; yellow scarf). Designed by Harry Fenton, issued 1947 – 1960. Size: 3.5″H (small)

Arriet is a coster of costermonger, a cockney woman who sold fruits and vegetable from a barrow in the streets of London. She is a variation of the Pearly Girl character jug.
