Alexander the Great – Royal Doulton Figurine

“Alexander the Great” is the fourth in a series of Prestige studies of famous riders and horses, modeled by Alan Maslankowski. This is Number 20 of a planned limited edition of 50 figures, of which only two dozen were ever produced. Alexander is depicted mounted on the back of his legendary horse, ‘Bucephalus.’ It is the first time the Macedonian king appeared as a Royal Doulton figure.
