The Lladro figurine “Lovers from Verona” was modeled by Salvador Furió in 1974, and retired in 1990. It evokes a scene from Shakespeare’s classic tale of star-crossed love, and depicts Romeo professing his love to Juliet. Sculpted, painted, and finished by hand in Valencia, Spain.
