This jug commemorates the achievements of Alfred Hitchcock (1899 – 1990) in producing superb movie thrillers. The handle features the shower curtain from “Psycho” and a bird from “The Birds”. The original design of this jug had the shower curtain painted pink and the backstamp was the usual Royal Doulton design.. This was later changed to a white shower curtain with blue shading and a backstamp that incorporated the MCA Universal Copyright.
